Hawaii Ka'u MTZ Farms

100% Ka'u from MTZ Coffee Farms, the Martinez family's small farm in Pahala on the Big Island of Hawaii. Ka'u sits just south of Kona and earned its name in 2007, when Ka'u lots placed in the top ten of a global cupping competition. The beans are hand-tended at every stage, and it shows in the cup: clean, sweet, and rich. We roasted just a few bags of this harvest and only three are left. When they are gone, they are gone.
