The machine behind the coffee

We roast on a Bendig Tostamat. You can too.

When it came time to choose the machine our whole business would run on, we chose Bendig — more than 50 years building coffee machinery in Costa Rica, a pioneer and one of Latin America's leaders in the industry. If you roast coffee anywhere in America, whether a production plant or a single retail store, we will sell you one, land it in your hometown, and set it up for you.

It roasts beautifully

2 to 5.5 kg per batch, 14 to 22 minutes depending on roast level. Even, repeatable roasts — you build a profile and hit it again tomorrow. It is why our cup tastes the same every week.

Clean combustion and cyclones

Clean LP gas combustion with a UL-certified burner, cyclones for chaff and smoke, and the afterburner ours carries. That is what makes a roaster welcome in a retail space and straightforward with local air rules.

Built to keep working

Every part touching the coffee in stainless steel, high-efficiency motors, cooling, sample taker, sight glass, and a digital thermometer for programming and holding temperature. A working machine, not a delicate one.

What we do for you

  • We quote it. Tell us what you roast and we put a real number together for the machine you actually need.
  • We land it in your hometown. Delivery to your city is part of the deal, not a surprise line item afterward.
  • We set it up. Installed and running, by people who roast on the same machine every week.
  • We talk roasting. Bring your questions about profiles, venting, and production flow — we have answered them for ourselves already.
